Terms of use
Personal use
These terms apply to Crawford Money, a non-commercial personal reporting application operated by Jonathan Crawford. It is not open for public registration. Contact jon.crawford@outlook.com.
Only authorised users may use the application. Public access to these information pages does not grant access to it or its records.
Authorised accounts and documents
Connect only accounts that you own or are entitled to authorise, and provide only documents you are permitted to share for household analysis. Each account holder must complete any required bank authorisation. Bank connections are for reading account information, not initiating payments.
Bank and Enable Banking terms continue to apply to their respective services. Availability, supported accounts, history and consent duration depend on those providers. Direct bank connections are being prepared; publication of these pages does not activate them.
Reporting limitations
The application helps organise balances, transactions, receipts and household records. Information may be delayed, incomplete or incorrectly classified. Currency conversions may be estimated. Receipt allocations add analytical detail; the bank or card record remains the settlement evidence.
Check relevant statements before relying on a report. The application is not tax, legal, mortgage or investment advice and should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.
Security and corrections
Keep access restricted to authorised household members. Never share bank passwords, private keys or authentication codes through the public information site or contact mailbox. Report suspected unauthorised access or incorrect records promptly.
Manual corrections and reversals should preserve an audit trail. The privacy notice explains the handling of access, correction, deletion and consent withdrawal.
Availability and stopping use
This is a personally maintained project. Continuous availability, uninterrupted synchronisation and support response times are not guaranteed. Account holders may stop using it and revoke bank access. Revocation does not automatically delete previously imported records.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to the application's purpose or audience require a review of these terms and the privacy notice before they take effect.
